Lateral hip sparing exercises, to strengthen your core. This is for my friend who has successfully progressed through acute treatment of hip bursitis…is now doing daily warm-up and flexibility exercises, and is ready to start returning to strengthening, while still sparing the lateral hips for another week or two. Keep up the good work, girl!
